What is the minimum order quantity? +
Standard MOQ is 1000 units (HDPE jar), 2500 units (doypack), or 5000+ for fully custom development. We do not run below those tiers.
Which markets do you ship to? +
Across the EU and UK from our Portugal-based operations entity, and across APAC from our Hong Kong entity. Our standard markets are listed on the private label pages.
Are your gummies pectin or gelatin based? +
We default to pectin. Pectin-based and vegan-positioned options are available, subject to formula and market review. Gelatin formats are available on request subject to MOQ and market. Halal positioning depends on certification scope and is reviewed per project.
What lead times should I plan for? +
Typical lead time from confirmed brief and approved artwork is 8–12 weeks for stock-item formulations, 12–18 weeks for fully custom development.
Do you handle EU regulatory notifications? +
Final FBO responsibility remains with the brand owner. We supply the documentation that supports notification (specification, allergens, shelf-life data); availability depends on product, market, and project stage.
